Is my purchase secure with Skandavana Farms?
Your purchase is supported by proper documentation and a formal registration process. Buyers are encouraged to independently verify the title, approvals, agreements and registration documents with qualified legal professionals before proceeding.
Do I need to pay any maintenance charges?
The first two years of farm management, including the development period, are free. From the third year onward, an annual farm management charge of ₹26,000 applies, as per the current project terms.
Are the earnings tax-free?
Tax treatment depends on the nature of the income, the transaction and applicable government regulations. Earnings or returns should not be assumed to be tax-free. Please consult a qualified tax advisor for advice specific to your situation.
How will I receive updates about my farm?
Farm updates can be shared through regular photo and video updates, helping you stay connected with the progress and activities on your farmland.
What is the minimum amount required to get started?
The minimum plot size starts from 21 cents, approximately 9,148 square feet. At the indicative rate of ₹475 per square foot, the base land value is approximately ₹43.45 lakh, excluding applicable registration and other charges.
Can I visit my farmland?
Yes. You can visit Skandavana and your farmland by scheduling a site visit with our team in advance.
How can I diversify my portfolio with Skandavana Farms?
